REFUND POLICY

We refund only damaged or misprinted products.

There is NO refund if:

– you accidentally ordered a different size

– you accidentally ordered a different color

– you do not like the design

You have up to 48 hrs after delivery to send us the product, after product check  versus declared flaws we will refund if the defect is clearly on production side.

Be sure to:

1) contact us:andrea.tristano@gmail.com

2) write detected flaws on a sheet of paper

3) send the product and the flaws sheet to:

Process takes up to a week (5 working days) after product received by us.

Refund will be for the product only minus initial transaction fees (3.5%)
